KUSTA

Real-time imaging analysis

The push-broom KUSTA hyperspectral imaging cameras analyse materials based on composition in the spectral range (NIR/SWIR) and/or in colour (VIS). The results are available in near real-time, making these cameras ideal for use in sorting or for monitoring material flows.

The combination of high-resolution, distortion-free imaging and a high measurement repetition rate is ideal for sophisticated materials analysis – even at high speeds and high material throughput.

Our hyperspectral cameras are designed specifically for use in harsh industrial environments. They can be used with our own software package systems via a Gigabit Ethernet connection and can also be integrated into Machine Vision / AI via an optional GenICam interface. Our hyperspectral camera systems are typically used as a complete system solution.
